Apollo Strings pride themselves on ensuring that your booking is tailor-made to meet your requirements and expectations. 

 

How to make a booking

The first decision you must make in order to complete a booking is whether you would like the Apollo duo, trio or quartet at your event. Apollo Strings are always happy to offer advice on any subject regarding a booking so please do not hesitate to use the contact form page on this site to get in touch and ask any questions you may have. Once you have decided which Apollo ensemble you would like to choose from you can apply to make a booking. To make a booking please send an email, or call and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Any contact details you are happy to provide
  • Which Apollo ensemble you would like to book
  • The date of your event
  • The Venue address for your event
  • The event type
  • At what time you would like Apollo Strings to start and stop playing
  • Any other information you wish to supply

 

    Once this information is received you will receive a contract for your booking and once signed and returned, along with a deposit of 15% + any expenses (i.e. long distance travel) your booking will be secure.  

    Your contract will clearly explain all the details of your booking and has been designed to make booking Apollo Strings as straight forward and clear as possible. 


    Once your booking is secure 

    Now that your booking is secure you can relax in the knowledge that your date is in the Apollo Strings diary.

    You are welcome to contact Apollo Strings via email or telephone to ask as many questions regarding your booking as you like. Choosing which music you would like for your wedding ceremony is an important decision for you to make and we are therefore always happy to offer advice and discuss options. If you decide you would like to lengthen your booking at any point an alteration can be made to your contract time. 

    Sometimes clients have a favourite song they would like to hear that is not on the Apollo repertoire. In this instance we are very happy to consider arranging it ourselves for an additional fee. This is a very popular choice as it adds that personal touch that you and your guests are sure to be happy with.


    Wedding Music Consultation Service

    If you are unsure of what music you would like to hear at your event or would just like to discuss options for repertoire we would be happy to offer our wedding music consultation service.

    This involves you visiting us at our London home and listening to the repertoire of your choice. We will also talk you through what we feel is best for your event and ensure the music for your special day is exactly what you want.
